  • Spearhead in lead role in supporting plant design products PAN India basis, first largest plant design client – Engineers India Ltd. and successfully implemented PDS systems at their Design Office in New Delhi as one of the first few employee at Rolta. ? Increased installation base of PDS systems from 4 seats and 1 customer in 1990 to the current installed base of over 3000+ seats with over 110+ customers. Continued to market, sell, implement & support latest SmartPlant Technologies for Oil & Gas Customers and Projects. ? Initiated innovative marketing programs apart from developing technical skills within the team for PDS product sales revenue thus increased from $0.500M in 1990 to current $24M in 2017 with a peak of $52M+ in 2012 with YoY growth of atleast 15% including annuity revenue for maintenance & support.Growth in engineering services by 50% CAGR and offered detailed engineering services also involving major wins included DOW Chemicals (~$2M), Bechtel(~$1.5M), Litwin (~$4.2M)
