FlowManage is the jeopardy tool used for the Customer Service Tracking and the Service Exception Management. It is used for order tracking of Broadband, PSTN and ISDN orders. Flow Desktop is another application which is a part of FlowManage and is used to view the order progression. The SEM is used by different ASG and operations team to progress the order out of exceptions.
Since the actual order processing is done at FlowStream, FlowManage and Flow Desktop are the tools used for visibility by other components, hence called the jeopardy tools, whereas FlowStream is the jeopardy engine. FlowManage is used to deal exceptions by ASG and operations team whereas FDT is GUI used to track order progression.

FlowStream is an automated provisioning system for order fulfillment of Broadband, Broadband Voice, Broadband VoIP and PSTN Orders.
Flow systems RoBT instance - is the workflow engine for orchestration and fulfillment for BTW Broadband, Voice, VoIP and Wholesale calls products. It supports over 25K + orders placed in BTW stack by various communication providers. It is critical for BTW L2C stack and it’s availability round the clock is a MUST otherwise there would be right first time failure leading to penalties and poor customer experience. This includes provision, modification or cessation of these products on FlowManage application. FlowStream is a middleware component which takes care of the entire journey of the order, from the point it is placed till service being served to the customer.
Working as cross functional resource (ASG/PSG) for 20CN/21CN (Broadband products), MNP (PSTN Number portability), IPeX (Mobile Number Portability) Wholesale Calls (Voice) products.
