  • • Working in scheduled maintenance of plant Shutdown Activities. • Handling plant shift operations of all the three lines if required. • Following up on good working conditions and safety standards. • Looking after permit to work system and any other safety system (Hot Work, Confined Space, Work at Height, Electrical Permit etc.) • Assess risks, carryout Risk Analysis and plan corrective actions as and when required. • Prepares tools, materials and equipment which are necessary in the execution of preventive maintenance and small projects. • Actively take part in Root Cause Analysis to eliminate repeat equipment failures, safety or environmental issues. • Supervise and monitor the mechanical installation, repair and maintenance works, ensures that the jobs are carried out in accordance with established company procedures and standards. • Close coordination/communication with other departments in order to facilitate the mechanical repair and preventive maintenance job.

Rear axle line readiness.

Topic :- Differential Station Readiness and Sealing In Power Train Worked in the rear axle line where I had to analyse the 18 stations Of LMV & HD vehicles on the basis of checklist prepared by me and my co industry coordinator. I had to check whether the station would be ready or not if the company decides to launch a new product. Also I have been assigned to study about causes of failure of a crucial component called as oil seal. Also Implemented a one point lesson in rear axle line.
