Responsibilities
  • • Working in scheduled maintenance of plant Shutdown Activities. • Handling plant shift operations of all the three lines if required. • Following up on good working conditions and safety standards. • Looking after permit to work system and any other safety system (Hot Work, Confined Space, Work at Height, Electrical Permit etc.) • Assess risks, carryout Risk Analysis and plan corrective actions as and when required. • Prepares tools, materials and equipment which are necessary in the execution of preventive maintenance and small projects. • Actively take part in Root Cause Analysis to eliminate repeat equipment failures, safety or environmental issues. • Supervise and monitor the mechanical installation, repair and maintenance works, ensures that the jobs are carried out in accordance with established company procedures and standards. • Close coordination/communication with other departments in order to facilitate the mechanical repair and preventive maintenance job.
