A Strategic analysis was being carried out by a group of 5 on Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), which consisted of 3 phases: i.) Strategy formulation ii. )Strategy implementation iii.) Strategy evaluation In each and every phase, the decisions were made on the basis of 'Data Available' and 'Intuition'. Before starting with the above 3 phase, I used to evaluate the Vision, Mission and Value statement. Where in mission, I used to evaluate it on the basis of 9 components: 1. Customers—Who are the firm’s customers? 2. Products or services—What are the firm’s major products or services? 3. Markets—Geographically, where does the firm compete? 4. Technology—Is the firm technologically current? 5.Concern for survival, growth, and profitability—Is the firm committed to growth and financial soundness? 6. Philosophy—What are the basic beliefs, values, aspirations, and ethical priorities of the firm? 7. Self-concept—What is the firm’s distinctive competence or major competitive advantage? 8. C

I worked on 5 stocks from the IT industry, which were: TCS, Infosys, HCL Technologies Ltd, Wipro and Tech Mahindra. In which downloaded the historical stock prices for last 3 years along with historical index values for the corresponding period. Following output along with their interpretation and final conclusion were made and submitted to creator of the project: 1. Returns from stock & market 2. Risk from stock & market 3. Covariance between respective stock and market 4. Variance of market 5. Beta Values of stock 6. Alpha values of stock 7. Estimating equation I prepared my project with a bottom up approach for your selected stocks. I made use of 'Ratio Analysis'(individual & comparative for all five stocks), 'Industry analysis'(using Porter Model) and 'Economic Analysis'(with at 5 macroeconomic variables).

This project was being carried out by 6 members. Where we visited in a 'lemon soda drink 'manufacturing company (ARORA LEMONS). Where me and my team members collected their product portfolio (i.e. Cappy). Then we determine their process of manufacturing their product, which consisted of 3 steps:- 1.) Inbound. 2.) In-house, and 3.) Outbound logistics. Our team take into consideration regarding all the activities involved in all the above processes and prepared a network chart diagram for determining a sequence of their activities to be followed.
