  • i always see what couldbe the maximum impact if done a particular way.if the impact is worse, i think of how cn that be dealt with.
every situation will have pros, but one must look on the cons more and see if any such situation would occur, how would you handle it. this decision could come by past expirience, observation skills and sometimes huge risks are also involved.

  • We have to manage both pros and cons at the time of solving a problem.we must think that in a posotive way. That will help us as a confidence booster.

  • 1. Listing Possible Solutions/Options
To come up with a list of all the possible solutions and/or options available it is usually appropriate to use a group (or individual) problem-solving process. This process could include brainstorming or some other 'idea-generating' process.
    2. Setting a Time Scale and Deciding Who is Responsible for the Decision
In deciding how much time to make available for the decision-making process, it helps to consider the following:
    ·         How much time is available to spend on this decision?
    ·         Is there a deadline for making a decision and what are the consequences of missing this deadline?
    ·         Is there an advantage in making a quick decision?
    ·         How important is it to make a decision?  How important is it that the decision is right?
    3. Information Gathering
Before making a decision, all relevant information needs to be gathered.
    4. Weighing up the Risks Involved

    5. Deciding on Values

    6. Weighing up the Pros and Cons

  • First off, problem solving requires all the needed information to be collected. If the necessary information is not available then search for alternatives in order to find a solution. I could look through history about how similar problems were solved and then analytically solve the given problem. In decision making all the possibilities for success as well as failure should be considered and then decision can be made

  • just eliminate the answers that are irrelavent untill the information i have

  • just focus on what u have

  • first I'll get the information because to solve the information, related information gathering is mandatory

  • i'll try to search for the relavent information.

  • I draw heavily from my previous experiences, learning outcomes and of course, my mental and physical preparedness, to arrive at a decision. Pros are the subset of efficiency, logic and Cons are a bit of time-consuming, energy-sapping, short-term benefits and foolishly risky results of the act. Usually, self-knowledge and formal education are a must for becoming a clearer, focused being. and decisive and
