proper heat control of the weld zone, to provide suitable clamping to reduce distortion, to provide channels and outlets for welding atmosphere, to provide clearance for filler metal, to provide for ease of operation and maximum accessibility to the point of weld.
Responsibility:
1. Concept planning, modeling, drafting and assembly of component with the help of CAD software.
2. Monitoring production unit.
3. Quality controlling with the help of FARO(CMM) machine.
4. Prepared BOM of project.
