  • Customer Relations, Liasioning with Government Departments, documentation, Quantity & Quality control, Receiving, Reports, etc. for Imported Coal Trading & Supplies with Reputed Organization in Coal sector. Liaising with NTPC & Railway Divisional, Control & Station office. Monitoring all movements from respective rail to plant. Proper documentation of each rake movement for supplying of imported coal Day to Day Co-ordination with clients at all levels, MIS & documentation, Supervision of imported coal rakes etc. Witness the process of Coal Sampling rake wise/ Analysis and Lab Testing of Coal Co-ordination with Plant Level, Logistic Department, and Inspection Agency &, Railways, ports staff for rake dispatches. Maintaining weighment record of loading & Unloading Point of coal Rakes. Making monthly & yearly report & other documentary works.
