Neural Network Deblocking Algorithm for JPEG Images

The Project is basically about improving the quality of JPEG images by removing the blocking artifacts that are introduced in the image when compressed using JPEG technique. Machine Learning technique is developed and used wherein Neural Networks are used to predict the lost details of the image during the step called quantization in the process of compression.
