  • ?Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high quality products.
    ?Responsible for complete Forging products for Hot Forging including tolerance studies, Die Clearance and manufacturing ability.
    ?Scheduling and Executing Preventive and Predictive maintenance.
    Deals with the cutting operations on chopping machines.
    Controlling of cutting defects by proper monitoring.
    Material inward and inventory.
    Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high quality products.
    Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to Manager immediately.
    Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.
    Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production. Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.
    Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.

  • i have joined the company on apprrentice.Within 5 months i have got promotion and placed as graduate engineers trainee in Production department.After that i got permanent later in the same company within 1 year and promoted to assistant superintendent engineer.
