Responsibilities
  • Shared responsibility for managing all aspects of helpdesk ticket system including
    request triage, assignment, ensuring satisfactory and timely ticket completion, and
    client follow-up.
    Remote, desk-side, and walk-in support and installation of various software
    packages, tools, and patches.
    Image and deploy new systems as well as evaluate and redeploy existing systems.
    Troubleshoot wireless, Remote Desktop, and Windows domain account issues.
    Recover data from hard disk drives and/or perform data migrations.
    Monitor, analyze, and address reliability and performance issues. Develop strategies
    for resolving them and preventing future occurrences.
    Support and assist colleagues as well as commit to and be accountable for overall
    group success.
    Work with other support groups and vendors to provide seamless support to
    customers.
    Complete all other duties as assigned.
