Study on Working Capital Management at MILCO Attingal, Trivandrum

I did a project study at MILCO Dairy on the topic “Study on Working Capital Management at MILCO, Attingal, Trivandrum” on the basis of financial year starting from 2010-11 to 2015-16. MILCO Dairy is a co-operative dairy plant, located in nearby Attingal town and it was established in 2005. The Mel-Kadakkavur Sksheera Vyavasaya Sahakarana Sangam Limited, is popularly known as MILCO Dairy. In this study, I found that the working capital position is satisfactory only for these financial years such as 2012-13, 2013-14 & 2015-16. At the same time the working capital turnover ratio is recorded highest in the year 2012(26.79) and lowest in the year 2014(11.54). And also the average working capital turnover ratio is 17.94 for the six years.
