Mechanical asssembly testing using digitial image processing
Student at ACE-Adhiyamaan College of Engineering
Oct-2013 to Feb-2014
This system provides automation in testing of mechanical assembly which increases the productivity of a plant and quality management. It scans the image of the mechanical product that has to be tested and a template image will be generated with the part that has to be tested. Using the template the new images obtained of the same product will be tested for the presence of the part. this reduces manual effort and produces accurate results.
