Responsibilities
  • •Responsible for preparing detailed master schedule for Project considering scope of supply, delivery date, erection sequence, commercial conditions.
    • Coordinating with inter departments of company like Design, Purchase, Manufacturing, QCD, Shipping Dept. to ensure Timely Delivery and Execution of project work.
    • Preparation of Sales Price Break-up and Project cost monitoring against estimated cost.
    • Carry out periodic progress review with design/ engg, procurement, production and logistics departments.
    • Coordinate with logistic dept. to dispatch the material according to the site requirement and Project sequence.
    • Monitoring critical path of each job. Identifing parallel activities that could be performed and prepare catch up plans.
    • Preparing detail month wise sales plan considering erection sequence of the equipments.
    • Plan and Monitor the shipping activities for domestic project along with required documentations as per project agreement and LC terms if any.
    • Interactions with Clients to resolve any technical or commercial issues(As per Supply and Terms in Agreement).
    • Monitor changes in project scope affecting cost and delivery
    • Participating in review meetings with customers.
    • Preparing and Presenting the Project status report to the senior management.
    • Ensuring all the projects documents are complete, current & submitting them to client within time frame of clouser of contract.

    SAP: Raising Purchase requests after study of drawings for critical items with purchase dept.
    • Generating material code, Work Breakdown structure with Budget allocation and up-dating, Preparing Sale Orders for the project.
    • Preparation of Service Order & Service Entry Sheet for releasing contractor Payment.
