    • Calculation of OEE, Analysis of rejection and action for reduce rejection and rework.
    • Daily checking the CMM reports and taking the corrective actions to maintain the quality of the product
    • As a member of KAIZEN team, and TPM co-ordinator ,to involve all operators for KAIZEN implementation and preparing the audit document.
    • To work on control charts and rejection control using 7 QC tools, Process FMEA.
    • Reduction of defective component’s in engine assembly
    • Audit of all machines cycle time and reduction of cycles time by correction given in programme considering speed, feed parameters.
