Myself tejash yadav from bangalore. I have done my diploma in automobile engineering from S.J.govt polytechnic. I was working in CAD/Quality assurance group from march 2013 - january 2018 in Gas turbine research establishment. I am good in modeling, drafting of 2d and 3d modelling using unigraphics NX and Autocad tool. I am capable of carrying out conventional inspection of any mchanical components. Good in MS office.

  • Creating 2D and 3D models of aero engine components according to design specifications – 2 Years: ? Draw sketches and drawings of multiple products. ? Maintain CAD drawing database and offer solution to complex problems.2. Final Inspection of Aero Engine components – 2 Years: ? Carried out the inspection of critical aero engine components by conventional method, by use of sophisticated high end Measuring Machines like Ultra Precision Roughness Tester, Optical Profile Projector, Digital Microhite & other instruments such as Dial leg caliper etc., ? Inspected the Aero engine Blades for the assembly parameters such as rock values, throat values etc. of the 23 different types of blades. ? Inspection of different engine components using NDT method like FPI, DPI etc ? Maintenance of ISO Documents. 3. Inspection of Aero Engine Components using CMM – 10 Months: ? Carried out inspection of Critical aero engine components using coordinate measuring machine
