My capstone project work gave me a great opportunity research on brand equity as well as brand crisis, which present days brands are facing. The project is an attempt to study the brand crisis and find out a standard solution. I tried to explore the food industry specially through surveying the customers with the help questionnaire. The major objective of the study is to find out customer loyalty index, customer awareness and advertisement effects on brand crisis. I believe doing this project will definitely add advantage for my corporate life.
OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY
Primary objective:-
• Find out the relationship between all 4 elements (Brand awareness, brand image, Brand loyalty, Advertisement) in brand equity.
• Role of these 4 elements in brand equity.
Secondary objective:-
Study how brand crisis Impact on market as well as customer
