Responsibilities
  • I'm currently working in a project of RBS Client where my role is Configuration Analyst. There I've two types of jobs.
    1. Configuration Management: Main task is to manage the changes to different applications and databases, Version Control, Deploying Codes, Scripts into apps and databases etc.
    2. Environment Support: Here the task is to keep all the environments healthy, resolving issues of environments/databases/applications, provisioning users etc.
    3. Apex Tool Developer: Modification and development of Apex ticketing tool using SQL.
    The tools and technologies that are getting used here are UNIX, SQL, Apex, SVN, DAC, ETL, CAG, Toad, LSP sFTP etc.
