  • • Finding right candidates for the profile.
    • Working on job portals (Timesjob & shine).
    • Analysing the candidate’s skills and screening them properly.
    • Preparing solutions for HR related issues of clients.
    • Maintaining regular followup with candidates after there shortlistings.
    • Counseling of candidates(Telephonic/Face to Face).
    • Preparing MIS reports.
    • Preparing monthly client requirements/no. of resumes sent and shortlisted by clients.
    • Creating a pool of prospects with requisite criteria from job portals, references etc.
Achievements
  • • Closed the positions which were open from a very long time period and companies were not liking any of the candidate from last very months.
    • I am a trained classical dancer (Kathak) and have won many prizes at district and state level.
    • I am a basketball and badminton player and secured first position in school as well as university competitions.
    • I also coordinated the sports event (badminton) during “Sangathan” (college fest).
    • I have actively participated in “Science Exhibitions” in my school and swept prizes in 10th, 11th and 12th.
    • I am also engaged with an NGO named “Ehsaas” which works for poor children.
    • Won essay competition at district level in class 10th.
