    Was a Member in the committee along with Dr. S.K. Sharma and Dr. S.R. Shukla for a training programme conducted for artisans on capacity building at Channapatna, from March 10-14, 2014 under HRD Scheme of O/o Development Commissioner (Handicraft), Ministry of Textile, Govt. of India, New Delhi. The purpose of the training was to expose artisans on how to utilize plantation timbers on a sustainable basis and have a hands on experience in applying modern tools.
    Actively participated in few Extension activities like briefing the laboratory works and Xylarium to students of all age groups in Institute of Wood Science and technology.
