  • Roles & Responsibility: - • To carry out in process & final inspection of machines during assembly. To handle customer complaints and provide solution for problems. • Testing of electrical / electronic parts, where applicable. • Highlight & resolve quality issues noted during assembly. • Ensure scope completion during assembly and Responsible for the incoming, process, pre-dispatch inspection. • Customer visit for the product quality. • Knowledge in Kaizen, Poka yoke, FMEA, 7-QC Tools,8-D methodology. • Customer compliant analysis & CAPA implementation, process improvement by process rejection analysis. • Involved in product localization and Cost Down (CoDo-value Engineering) projects.
    • Responsible for execution of Localization and Cost down (CoDo) projects
    • Supplier Development: - Collaborating with suppliers for localization of Products, Motors, and Transformer.
    • Testing of machines, motors & preparation of test report.
    • Independently handle the testing.
