Responsibilities
i. Classroom training of the candidates aspiring to start the career as a teacher or are existing teachers but don’t have a degree to teach in the primary section of a school. ii. Put up activities for the candidates. iii. Give them a practical exposure in the school. iv. Conducting a gap analysis of the candidates after their practical period in the school. v. Discuss with each candidate personally about the gaps identified, guide them the ways they could adopt to overcome them. vi. Competency mapping of the candidates. vii. Report the outcome of competency mapping to the authorities of the school.
i. Understand the different products offered by the company and fit those products at proper place. ii. Approach the principals of different I.C.S.E. and C.B.S.E. schools in Western Odisha to pitch in our products. iii. Provide demonstrations to students and the teachers. iv. Close deals with the clients approached. v. Developing and maintaining healthy relations with the existing as well as the potential clients. vi. Keeping an eye on the competition trends. vii. Make and convey reports of each school visited to the senior managers. viii. Provide training to the teachers regarding the operations of the digital classes. ix. Conduct events and put up presentations to create awareness of the upcoming products. x. Ensure that the digital classes run smoothly in every school where our company had its presence. xi. Collect reports about the technical functioning from my subordinates and convey to the Head technician appointed for Western Odisha.
