Responsible for reviewing employment application forms, reference checking, employment verifications, screening, interviewing and assessment administration. ? Talent scouting: JD preparation, job Posting, sourcing (through Job portals (Naukri.com, Linked in, indeed), Employee referrals, walk-ins, Vendor empanelled and the Internal database) ? Handling internal recruitment cycle for Blue collar, White collar and Pink collar employees. ? Recruitment: Joining formalities, Issuance of Offer and Appointment letters, induction and orientation, salary negotiation, reference check and exit interviews. ? Stakeholders Management with business heads w.r.t talent requirements in terms of structure
