Mechanical maintenance,Production and MEP experience
• Maintenance, installation and trouble shooting of various type of rotating and static equipments such as Centrifugal, positive displacement, vacuum ,gear and fire pumps and related plumbing and pipe lines.
• Maintenance and installation of various types of gear boxes and gears for plant machineries.
• Involved in the erection and commissioning of 225mt extruder plant for coal binding/drilling starch production.
• Maintenance and installation of various type of conveying systems such as screw conveyor’s, pneumatic conveyor’s , bucket elevator’s, belt conveyor and mechanical seals etc: and also blending and mixing (vertical and horizontal) equipments and bag filter’s for the manufacturing process.
• Involved in the Maintenance and installation of utilities such as boiler’s, screw type and centrifugal compressor’s, HVAC Systems, erection and commission of chillers, air handling units, de-humidifying units, fan coil units ,Ventilation units, Ducting systems, cooling towers.
• Experience in water treatment plant, sewage treatment plant and related equipments and reverse osmosis plant.
• Maintenance and trouble shooting of various type of process equipments such as extruder’s, dryer’s, centrifuge, centriziser’s, pulverizor’s (various type of mills), screening machineries, storage tanks, pressure vessels etc:
• Experience in fire fighting and fire protection systems and fire pumps ,sprinkler’s and various classes of fires( A, B, C, D).
• Inventory control, maintaining critical spares for the plant equipments .Man management, Monthly budget preparation, Preparing departmental quotation with all technical specification , MIS preparation for the department. Good knowledge in MS-Word , MS Office and MS-Excel.
• Good knowledge in NPAM,GMP, HACCP, ISO Documentation, planned, preventive , breakdown and predictive maintenance.
• Appraising and encouraging fellow colleagues in their achievement and motivating them to achieve the team and group goal.
