  • My present responsibility is as an In-charge of foundry; handling the entire production related activity with Aluminium Alloy Continuous Strip Casting facility. Foundry is equipped with four numbers of most modern Melting Furnaces(Capacity 25 MT each, Make Zhousen, China), four numbers of Holding Furnace (Capacity 25 MT each, Make Zhousen, China) stationary type and four numbers of Continuous Strip Caster (Make Zhousen, China) to produce highly refined close grained and oxide free continuous cast coils covering a wide range of alloy with Complete metal treatment facility such as degassing, grain refining and DBF filtration unit.

    Also, worked as an In-charge of foundry; handling the entire production related activity in Aluminium Billet Casting Foundry & Heat Treatment Shop. Foundry consist of Aluminium Billet Casting facility using Hot Top Casting Technology imported from USA with most modern Melting (22 MT) and Holding Furnace (18 MT) tilting type to produce highly refined close grained and oxide free logs/billets covering a wide range of alloy with Complete metal treatment facility such as degassing, grain refining and filtration facilities.
Achievements
  • (1) Successfully commissioned Four Nos. of Melting F/c, Holding F/c & Continous Strip Casters after facing initial start-up problem.

    (2) Closely interacted & worked in-consultation with Chinese technical experts right from erection and Commissioning to till successfully commissioned of the Projects.
