• Role and Responsibility and Achievement
Overall responsibility for the operation of organization. Working with executive staff, I have set goals and arrange programs to attain these goals. Appointed department heads, who manage the employees who carry out programs. Oversee budgets and ensure that resources are used properly and that programs are carried out as planned.
There are number of other important functions carried out, such as meeting with staff and board members to determine the level of support for proposed programs. To do all of these varied tasks effectively, deputed staff of highly skilled personnel.
• Leadership, Vision & Strategy
• Develop bold, clear, and achievable strategic priorities to accomplish Companies mission and vision, with consideration and understanding of the current economic, social and conservation priorities of the regional communities.
• Identify where company expects its greatest impacts moving forward and determine how it will track, measure, and communicate progress and success.
• Drive organizational integration and unity of purpose across programs comprised of community engagement, ecological stewardship, and landscape conservation.
Partnerships & Strategic Alliances
• Support and extend companies effective collaborations with public agency, local community, and private sector partners to connect people with companies land stewardship vision, conserve landscapes, and influence relevant public policy.
• Leverage companies work through effective strategic alliances.
• Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities.
• Management & Operations
• Ensure that the organization is well managed fiscally and administratively and structurally.
• Lead and empower a cohesive senior team, providing them with appropriate direction, authority, support, and accountability to be most effective and ensuring staff roles align well with vision and strategy.
• Serve as a unifying, accessible and decisive staff leader with the ability to make tough, timely decisions.
• Drive continued high standards of excellence that have been the, including the exemplary stewardship of its natural and cultural assets.
• Actively pursue commitment to diversity in staff, governance, volunteers, members, and partners.
• Board Management and Development
• Continue to engage a broad and diverse base of Trustees, volunteers and community participants to work in constructive and creative partnership with professional staff.
• Clarify and reinforce the meaningful roles of Directors so that participants feel well deployed and integrated and so they can represent the organization effectively.
• Work closely and effectively with the Board of Directors, keeping them well-informed and involving them appropriately in strategy, policy, and fiduciary oversight.
