  • Designed and Developed an automated customer support system using Call API (IVR) for product Qlinkus Bitez as a winter internship project at Qlinkus Tech.Silent Feathers include- notification to customer if his/her order has been cancelled and asking the choice about refunding the amount, notifying the vendor in case of delay regarding confirmation of order via an automated call. A ruby on rails web application was developed with MongoDB using a tree structure to handle possible cases and outcomes.
