    Cloud Backup Solution Implementation Project: This Project is to implement the Cloud Backup Solution at 128 sites globally. This will eventually replace our old tape Backup solution. To plan the communication, delivery, installation, configuration, testing, piloting and signing off the 128 sites)
    Tech Refresh Program: Project management was managing the rollout of IE8 (onto XP) followed by the rollout of Windows 7 to 3000, Server Windows server 2003 to Windows Server 2008 end users located at 55 sites across 30 countries for a large global media company. I was responsible for delivering both projects across all phases which included the testing of over 280 corp. applications in 14 languages. I successfully managed the project team of 12 to deliver the Windows 7 project ahead of schedule.
    Site Restoration of Kabul after terrorist attack: All the server, workstations, network Dish vanished. Visiting the local site is extremely difficult and there are unrest situation in the country. We have coordinated with the various teams and the Local IT focal point (non-technical) and started the IT operation back within a month in a temporary location and continue the business (Disaster Recovery)
    Erbil Premises Project: Erbil Premises project is a part of a big project and programme “UK Change”. This project would about to open an office to Iraq – Erbil location without visiting to the local site. In this project, I work as a Project Manager for building the office, Telephony services without involvement of Local IT expert at site and visit to Erbil office
