    • Surveyed around 100 employees who received training to understand the employee's attitude and their perception towards training
    • The data was analysed and found the usage of need analysis, VED analysis and the training calendar was required to improve the effectiveness of training
    • Recommended the proper usage of employee records who attends training will help to keep track of employees for the post-training process
