• Responsible for all HR generalist activities like recruitment, selection, joining formalities, induction, orientation, OJT, Pay roll, PMS, admin activities, F&F etc.,
• Training employees of different verticals. Preparation of Training MIS.
• Specific job role process training, process improvement and changes during software update
• Driving Employee Engagement Activities, preparation & execution of EE Calendar
• Involved in framing HR policies with the Top Management
• Implementation of HR Framework and anchor process improvement in HR domain
• Maintaining MIS reports as per the internal guidelines w.r.t HR activities.
• Effective handling employee grievances and maintaining strong employee relations
• Analyzing employee behavior & conduct, issuing warning letters, PIP and process refresher
