My name is Rahul Todur. I have completed my Graduation in commerce in 2011.and I am currently working as an Associate at State Syntel Services Pvt Ltd. I am a part of the Reconciliation Department (Balance Sheet) since the last 3years and 10 Months.As a part of my Job Description, I liaise with Clients based out of the UK, and work on their Internal Reconciliation between the Bank Books and the Cash Books using various systems, amongst other things.

Responsibilities
  • • Job profile mainly involves Internal Reconciliation between bank books and cash books using systems such as Frontier, FAST, AWD, FSU, etc
    • Ensure that the balances should be agreed, if not a part of involving investigation to resolve
    • Daily reconciliation of client transactions invested in mutual funds
    • Investigate the clients’ outstanding transactions such as Deals, Payments, Receipts, Deal Cancellations using multiple systems
    • Interact with multiple teams on a daily basis and close pending Dealing & Cash Management transactions
    • Raise Debt Recovery and Deal Amend incidents to recover funds from the client
    • Create Process Notes for Process Optimisation
    • Conduct Quality Checks for Efficiency and Quality Adherence, and find ways to Improve the current processes
    • Task achievement within strict SLA Limits. Always strive for optimum quality with Zero Errors
    • Train and Induct New Joiners into the team
