  • I was associated with the part of project management team that handles projects related to fertilizers and petrochemical industries. I was relied upon for maintaining daily updates of concerto CCPM, performing drawing study of various equipment for outsourcing and subcontracting, creating procurement request for on time delivery of material at execution site and maintaining a project cost sheet. For my master’s thesis I am doing research in CCPM, theory of constraints
    for work flow management and use of buffer in project scheduling.
Achievements
  • Successfully co-ordinated project of Steam drum. Made a recording and replenishment alarming dashboard in excel for managing inventory of welding consumables. Successfully analysed design of project and assisted design team for modification in required quantity. Successfully prepared PPO's for various outsourcing and subcontracting assemblies. Maintained cost sheet for project to know expenditure.

Responsibilities
  • As a simulation engineer i have to perform simulation of robotic weld on BIW fixtures and prepare detail report of weld time, speed of welding. If at any stage the cycle time gets imbalance then i have to adjust cycle time in automation line.

Project Management Approach in Multi Project Environment at L&T.

This project describes the study of different multi project management techniques and use of TOC and CCPM to manage uncertainties in the project. It highlights on the use of buffer theory in scheduling the project and use of different project monitor and controlling software for manging project from centralized location. This techiniques facilitates us to decide priority among several task on the basis of buffer consumption.
Design & installation of hydraulically operated unload lift for light weight transport vehicle.
Aug-2012 to Apr-2013
Project was about to create a lift for unloading a vehicle from conveyor by hydraulic operation at Piaggio Vehicles Pvt Ltd, Baramati. This project saved cost of aproximately 6 Lac per annum of company and pay back period of the project was merely 3 months. The system was implemented in the mentioned year and opeating successfully without breakdown till now.
