We just made the process of i dentifying the best talent for work whole lot simpler.. global and real.. Introducing the yRank algo which because of its awesomeness is now filed for patent too.. What it does is very simple.. Determines the Talent rank of each person based on the Real work proof on the projects that the person does, the actual real need and activeness of the person determined by the profile completeness and the activeness on youth4work and the SUPER AWESOME YTEST YTEST An Intelligent smart test for determining the real talent. The Secret The nerds in our tech team have developed an Algorithm to actually create a real-time competition between each question and each test-taker. The algorithm is continuously learning from youth interactions and getting talented about how to rank each question and each user. The Scores are on a scale of 0 to 100. Your score reflects how you rank against other people who have taken the same Talent Test. Thus, if you score of 78 for Talent PHP means that your talent is somewhere around 78 on a scale of 100 amongst all people tested for PHP. What my Score says Working on Principles of game mechanics.
