Culminating in current responsibility for coordinating all office functions and supervising a team of seventy five administrative professionals. Results:

? To co-ordinate and oversee the transport needs and procedures of the organization. In charge of entire fleet operation.
? To co-ordinate and oversee visas, work permits, travel arrangements of school personnel where required, to be responsible for the school’s personnel documents (passports, Work permits etc)
? To co-ordinate, maintain and oversee the furniture, furnishings and equipment needs.

? To assist the Head of the Unit in overseeing and co-coordinating the work of the administrative staff: reception, nurses, Lab assistants, PRO, secretaries.
? To oversee and co-ordinate condemnation procedures.
? Maintain and update the Inventory of all equipment and furniture.
? To co-ordinate and oversee arrangements required for events and functions.
? Maintain a description of the buildings and grounds, and floor plans.
? To arrange for and maintain all staff accommodation allocated.
? To process the annual maintenance contracts (Cleaning, Pest Control, Fire safety etc)
? Prepare all purchasing requests, in line with company procedures, and place orders with suppliers once all approvals have been granted.
