    • Preparing Project Timing Plan and status and entire Customer Communication.
    • Creating 3D model of the machine and getting approval from our Germany R&D team.
    • 2D drawing created and getting approval for the same.
    • Releasing the drawing and getting quote from the supplier.
    • After cost estimation and finalizing the quote, Releasing P.O from purchase department .
    • Follow up the supplier to get the sub assembly parts within lead time.
    • Organizing the development team and maintenances team for assembling the machine.
    • Conducting kickoff meeting with development team with customer engineer.
    • After getting feedback from the customer Engineer, implementing the status of the project.
    • Conducting test trail run of the machine.

  • New Product Development as per TS 16949 Requirement.
    •Updation of Project Timing Plan and status and entire Customer Communication.
    •Study the Customer Drawing and preparing the Process Feasibility.
