  • Involved in the development of polishing machinery through concept development, design, validate, prototype, testing, supporting production and rollingout new and improved products.     o COVERING THRUST BEARING WITH STEEL PLATE TO PREVENT METAL DUST FROM ENTERING BEARING HOUSING AT DEBURRING MACHINE SPINDLE. THUS PREVENTING FREQUENT BREAKDOWN OF THE MACHINES, LOWERING THE MAINTENANCE COST.
    o MAKING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF LUBRICATION SYSTEM FOR PROPER LUBRICATION OF TRANSPORT LINEAR BEARINGS AND EDGE PUSHING SLIDE TO PREVENT BEARING FAILURE,JAMMING OF SLIDE AND BEARING AT DEBURRING MACHINE.
    o RELOCATION OF SYNCRONOUS BELT DRIVE ARRANGEMENT TO MID POSITION THUS REDUCING FAILURE OF LINEAR BEARING IN OILING ROBOT.
