Design And Fabrication Of Hydrogen Boosting For A Two Stroke Petrol Engine

This project is our own idea we have to plan for finding new alternative fuel to automotive engines. By this interest we members have design and fabrication of hydrogen boosted vehicle. Our aim is to increase engine performance and efficiency, have to increase mileage and reduce pollution. By this project I know the detail of engine working and fuel combustion properties and testing of IC engines. The software’s likes pro-E and Ansys(10.0) were studies and use in this project.

The main objective of this project is to minimize the loading and unloading time of work onto machine and also it increases productivity. Special drill jig is designed and fabricated. By this project I know the detail working, design and manufacturing about jigs and fixtures.

Multi Purpose Slit Cutting Machine

The purpose of this project is to minimize cutting time of material this machine is also used in metal cutting process industries. By this project I know detailed purpose about some machine parts like pulleys, bearing, shafts and work holding devices. This machine consists of rotating thin grinding rotor is used instead of hack saw.
