A science graduate, bachelor degree in Physics from Calicut university Kerala in the year 1985 and accrued master degree in Computer Applications from Annamalai University, Tamilnadu in 2005. Started my career in the year 1995 as system/network engineer in a private firm in Kerala. Performed installations of hardware, software and applications to customers of various sector. Conducted training programs in Software applications.
Later joined Alstom Power India Ltd., in their Lignite Fired Power Plant, Neyveli during the construction as system administrator in 2000. Taking care of the computers installed in various containers in the proposed power plant and managing the network and Lotus notes/domino email systems in the entire plant area. Additional responsibility to take care of the wireless/Epabx communication systems as well and the Huawei satellite communication system.
Joined Precision Techserve, an IT solution provider company in Chennai in the year 2003. Performed trouble shooting and consulting activities to the huge customer base of the company for the IT application related issues. Handled Lotus Domino/MS Exchange and network related projects on implementation, enhancement and troubleshooting. It security and governance was the additional responsibility of the position.
