  • ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
    • Transactional Buyer for IT PC Accessories for Internal & External Procurement.
    • Monitoring supply markets and trends (e.g., material price increases, shortages, changes in suppliers).
    • May be able to suggest alternative standardized materials that can save the organization money.
    • Supporting the organization’s need for a diverse and globally competitive supply base.
    • Periodic review of requisitions can allow greater leveraging of requirements.
    • Get relevant quotation from different vendors, selecting quotation and the vendor at right price, at the right specification that meets user needs, in the right quantity for delivery at the right time to the right customer.
    • Working with vendors in getting renewal quotations and purchase orders on hardware and software renewals
    • Placing purchase order requests in Global Procurement Service (GPS –SAP SRM) & Global Financial System (GFS – Oracle)
