Responsibilities
  • 1) we receive aging reports from Accounts Department by 5th of each month. The total collectible amount is separated into two teams with the target for old and new out standing.
    2) Then we set target of recovery on weekly basis, visit the parties across India when ever required, make arrangement to recon on the basis of ledger obtained from the parties, day to day follow up of whatever is decided during collection call, keep track of collections on day to day basis.
    3) We ensure that all the collections are properly reflected on the bank and aging report. To talk to parties and reduce on account money given by them. i.e. to collect matching bill details and ensure that accounts department is passing correct adjustment entries for the same.
    4) to trace clients who has shifted the where about by all means available for the follow up of old payments stuck up with them.
    5) Attend board of directors meeting and appraise the senior officials about the progress till date.
