  • • Visited few of the HPCL retail outlets in different parts of Delhi with the intension of observing the day to day activities, staff and especially the customers. • On the basis of the project objective, prepared a close-ended questionnaire for the customers at the HP retail outlets. • The questionnaire was floated to three HP retail outlets, which caters to different strata of customers in Delhi. • Responses were collected on the basis of one-to-one interaction. • After the response collection did the data analysis. • On the basis of the result of data analysis, a CRM campaign was designed and launched on few of the retail outlets in each zone of Delhi such as South Zone, East zone, West zone, North zone. • During campaign, observed the campaign participants and helped them out, whenever needed.
