Responsibilities
  • ? Implement installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end user workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
    ? Provide leadership, vision, and management to the IT department.
    ? Management, maintenance and assessment of all current and future IT Assets (Hardware & software).
    ? Provide end user training and manage all IT support in a timely fashion.
    ? Induct and train new staff on the computer systems and company policies
    ? Keep track and backup of all IT inventories.
    ? Provide day-to-day supervision, conduct performance appraisals, and delegate work assignments for all IT personnel.
    ? Oversee the development, design, and implementation of new applications and changes to existing computer systems and software packages.
    ? Responsible for the ordering, acquisition, inventorying, and disposition of hardware and software.
    ? Investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware/software problems.
