    •Creating annual plan to cover syllabus in the given timespan, & to create & follow lesson plans for each topic.
    •Use of interactive audio-visual aids while teaching (MMPs, slideshows, presentations, movies, poetry reading, story telling, etc.)
    •Preparing worksheets & rubrics for the assignments, & grading them accordingly.
    •Creating & conducting monthly assessments to keep track of student progress.
    • Creation & management of an on-line space/blog where students can discuss topics covered.
    • ICT Integrating in the classroom in the teaching & learning process.
    •Working as part of the Secondary section, contributing to the smooth functioning of the same by helping other mainstream English teachers whenever possible by moderating assignments & test papers, sharing workloads, accepting substitution classes, etc.

    •Conducting intra-class contests, debates, group discussions & quizzes, & provide extra-curricular support if/when needed.
