  • Taking care of Steam turbine as per regular operation practice.
    > Cold, warm and hot startups of plant along with steam turbine.
    > Startup and shutdown of Steam turbine and WHRS boilers in different conditions.
    > Operating plant parallel with flue gases availability from Kiln of cement manufacturing plant and maintaining load as per Load Dispatch Centre requirement.
    > Ensuring reporting of defects during normal running condition.
    > Preparing, issue and cancelation of permits during regular operation and unit shutdowns.
    > Following up mechanical isolations & ensuring safety measures during activities.
    > Planning and effecting changeover schedules of various equipment and instruments to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.
    > Identifying areas of obstruction / breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment through application of troubleshooting tools.
    > Defect identification and rectification of instruments and equipment when normal operation condition.
