Merchandising: Provide inputs to respective Regional Ops Head on merchandise mix, assortment, adjacencies, promotions, display. Identifying training needs on efficient merchandising for associates. Ensure proper merchandise handling and mitigate shrink areas. Leadership: Motivate, develop and build teams inculcating co. values and culture.
