Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department. As In charge, looking after overall accounting and financial operations including accounting transactions, upkeep of daily transaction sheet & bank transaction report, formulation & finalization of accounts and Reconciliation of accounts viz. Bank Reconciliation, Customer Reconciliation etc while ensuring adherence to accounting norms. Successfully standardizing & managing the accounting system of the company while maintaining uniform accounting practices for the smooth running of the business.Spearheading the responsibility of managing month and end year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity and debt activities.
