Achievements
  • Working in one of the oldest and biggest chemical fertliser plant in Asia helped me to understand the manufacturing of different fertlizers. The training in plants like ammonia , sulphuric acid and premium grade fertlizers made me aware of different unit operations and methords of production. Since it is one of the biggest plant having all sort of operation like Distillation,Absorption, Adsorption, Seperation procees etc i was able to get good idea about these. In the mechanical and maintainance section i was able to get a breif knowledge of design of Distillation and reactors. Working with saftey department gave me the importance of safety measurements in the plant.

  • I was able to achieve breif knowledge about water chemical treatment plant. I got to know about various grades and quality of water that has to be used in different sectors of the plant. And found how quality of water can affect the healthy process of the plant.
