Responsibilities
  • Me and my friend has to solve the problem occurs during brake Shoe welding process. This welding is done on Kirpekar Machine. During the welding process the components of brake Shoe displaces from their original position which causes problem of unsymmetricity. This leads to rejection of job and material totally gets wasted. So our aim is to solve that symmetricity problem within two months by analysing whole process.
Achievements
  • By analysing the whole process we get rid from problem of unsymmetricity and we have take some sample after that which are then accepted by the customers. We also modify the dimensions of fixture si that components restricted to their original position.
