• Follow up the FLM calls with custodian and escalation with management team. • Provided the remote support if custodian is unable to rectify the same. • Discussed with site technician and resolved the problem. • Confirmed with local Tata person or state head if power failure in site location or any other issue. • Checked in ESQ and create and dispatch the FLM calls if require then SLM.

• Objective - The main objective of this project was to maintain the temperature of the selected area up to ambient temperature. The operation of this system changes if polarity of refrigerator is reversed on the basis of thermoelectric device. • Benefit of System-No moving part make very reliable, Ideal when precise temperature control is required and ability to lower temperature below ambient.
