Responsibilities
  • Responsible for execution of half way left out residential building's project before 5 years, in capacity of PMC Team's Project Head wherein RCC structure with basic Civil works were completed for 9 high rise residential towers of stilt+2 Podiums+30 storeys above. The challenge was to complete the project with all finishing works and balance RCC works wherein very few references were available. Coordination with Client's design team and finalise the tailor-made details in phase manner was most challenging. Coordination with contractors, Review of schedules, Approval to work method statements, finalisation of budget, finalisation of various kind of materials were few of the tasks which me and my team worked upon in the initial phase.

Responsible for construction of 9 No. Of car park buildings consisting of 250000 Sq. Mtr Built Up area to accommodate parking of 8000 cars. Coordination with design team, Review of drawings, Planning of resources, coordination with other departments within the organisation to get the resources in scheduled time, delegate the job activities to team, Review the performance, Submission of status reports, Monitoring team were few of the tasks which I handled.
PMC Projects at PAN India Level

Responsible for successful delivery of PMC projects in Building as well as Infra sector on Pan India level, by playing a role of Project Manager, Construction Manager or Project Coordinator. Submission of response to Bid Enquiry, Participating in business meetings, planning of resources, Identify & deployment of team, Review of project budget, Review of project & team's performance, Attending meetings, Coordination with Stakeholders were few of the tasks I was responsible for.
Industrial & Residential Building at Doha, Qatar

Responsible for Execution of Civil & MEP Works of a high rise residential tower at a location called Pearl Qatar, having 4 levels of parking, mezzanine floor, amenity level & 20 stories above for residential purpose, with post tension slabs. I was leading a team of around 200 members for execution which included junior engineers, supervisors, foremen, charge-hands, safety team, team of electrical and plumbing workmen and a team of general workmen. I was responsible to complete the day's scheduled task using company resources including coordination with Client's representative, Project Consultants and my organisation's management.
